You\u2019re not alone in this\u2014we\u2019re here to help you every step of the way. Getting the right support at the right time can make all the difference, and we\u2019ve got resources and tips to guide you and your child through these challenges. Where can I go for help?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We provide a wide range of emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people across Tees Valley. This includes support in schools and communities, as well as Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs)<\/strong><\/a> in Hartlepool and Stockton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work closely with educational settings and trusted local organisations, bringing together a wealth of experience to make sure children and young people get the right support, at the right time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A good first step is to speak with your child\u2019s school about your concerns. Many schools have a Senior Mental Health Lead<\/em> or a Designated Emotional Health and Wellbeing Lead<\/em> who can listen and guide you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wysa App<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wysa is a free, confidential NHS-approved mental health app for young people aged 13 to 18 (or 11+ with parental support). It includes an AI chatbot, mood tracking and resilience tools. You can download the app via the App Store or Google Play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
