class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Alliance Psychology have the skills and knowledge offering a humanistic and integrative approach to enable growth, increased understanding and support for neuroscience of the brain and how trauma and stress impact upon that specific child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding trauma&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grief and loss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How the school can optimise regulation and relationships to redirect behaviour in schools with children and young people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understanding the impact of shame on relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exploring vicarious trauma for staff&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exploring who is the right person and service to work with children and young people at the right time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A one to one or group
