Meet The Team

Meet our team of friendly, professional and experienced staff! 

We currently have around 85 staff members in the PCPT service. Our team also consists of administrators, mental health support workers, placement and trainee therapists, qualified therapists who work alongside the senior therapists, leads and senior management. We have monthly team meetings where you will get chance to meet members of the wider team.

Let’s start with the senior team, who are all experienced therapists as well as their designated senior roles.

Alliance Service Manager who is a qualified Mental Health Nurse and EMDR therapist and also carries a clinical caseload.

We also have a clinical lead for various other areas including referral support, Student Services, Service Development, Counselling, PWP and Clinical lead amongst others whom all carry a wealth of experience and fully trained in many qualifications including a rich variety of therapeutic modalities.

We have a team of Senior Therapists who oversee different areas such as the priority groups within the IAPT Service. Together, the lead and senior staff have a multitude of stings to their bows such as Clinical Supervisor qualifications, Qualified Psychologists, CBT qualifications, conduct CPD (Continued Professional Development) courses, form part of the staff wellbeing team and also provide therapy appointments and carry out assessments and all carry a clinical caseload.
