Recognise how workplace factors like workload, communication and culture can influence mental health.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recognising Signs and Symptoms: <\/strong>Train managers to identify early warning signs of mental health struggles, such as changes in behaviour, appearance, absenteeism or reduced performance. Understand how to approach conversations with employees who may be experiencing mental health difficulties.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication and Creating a Supportive Environment: <\/strong>Practical strategies for encouraging a culture of openness and support around mental health. Being confident to have proactive mental health conversations and normalise discussions about well-being in regular check-ins or team meetings.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal Responsibilities and Ethical Considerations: <\/strong>A review of managers&#8217; responsibilities regarding mental health under workplace policies and legal frameworks, such as the HSE management standards and Equality Act 2010. Understand confidentiality, reasonable adjustments and the duty of care toward employees.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support Strategies:<\/strong>&nbsp;Provide resources for managing mental health and where to seek professional help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online Training Dates<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>No current course dates available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If no training sessions are available, you can either Register Your Interest and we will get in touch when we have a session coming up.
