Our Trauma Awareness Training for School Staff Well-being provides adults that work with young people with a foundational understanding of trauma, its impact and strategies for support and self-care. The focus of this training is for school staff themselves – not children (although they are talked about quite a lot!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants can expect an informative and interactive session that includes discussions, practical exercises and self-assessment activities. By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident in recognising and addressing trauma, both in themselves and others and will have a toolkit of techniques to support well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
