We all go through periods in our life when we feel sad, anxious or stressed. When these feelings start to get in the way of our daily life, impact upon our relationships or lead us to isolate ourselves from others, we may need some extra support. Knowing how or who to ask for help can be hard, but it’s important that we don’t keep these feeling to ourselves. 

You are not alone and we are here to help with things affecting your mental health and wellbeing.

  • Helping you to understand your thoughts and feelings
  • Managing uncontrolled anger
  • Feeling low or depressed
  • Supporting you with distressing or traumatic events
  • Experience of abuse and neglect and how this might be impacting you
  • Difficulties within your family or peer relationships

If you are aged between 13-18 years and attend one of our partnership colleges or schools then you may be able to access our service confidentially by answering a few simple questions through the following Request for Help link.
