Mindfulness for Kits

Mindfulness for Kits presents a series of five short stories and audio recordings which introduce children, in a fun way, to the very rewarding skills of mindfulness.

The aim of Mindfulness for Kits© is for children to become familiar with the tools of mindfulness and in doing so support themselves when feeling stressed or worried by; 

Through the practice of Mindfulness for Kits©, school communities will have the opportunity to develop a Mindfulness culture where children can flourish.
