Children & Young People

We all go through periods in our life when we feel sad, anxious or stressed. When these feelings start to get in the way of our daily life, impact upon our relationships or lead us to isolate ourselves from others, we may need some extra support. Knowing how or who to ask for help can be hard, but it’s important that we don’t keep these feeling to ourselves.

You are not alone and we are here to help with things affecting your mental health and wellbeing.

If you are aged between 13-18 years and attend one of our partnership colleges or schools then you may be able to access our service confidentially by answering a few simple questions through the following Request for Help link.

If we are not in your school, please do not worry. We have a range of self-help resources available on our website. Alternatively, you can contact SPOC on 0300 013 2000 who will signpost you to the most relevant organisation or service.

If you are a parent or carer worried about your child's mental health please contact us.

If you would prefer to speak to somebody first then please call our team on 0800 038 5756.
