We are looking for suitably qualified applicants who are interested in entering a Consultancy Agreement to provide psychological assessments and a range of evidence-based psychological interventions within the Alliance Plus Wellbeing team.
They will deliver clinics for external contractors, working closely with Occupational Health partners to provide a psychological perspective to a multidisciplinary, holistic wellbeing management team managing occupational stress, burnout and trauma. They will have experience in the safety assessment and mental health conditions, as well as of recommending and delivering trauma interventions.
They will be passionate about supporting public servants, comfortable working as part of a team and ultimately act as a liaison between Occupational Health and Alliance to ensure timely transitions from referral to treatment, or onward referral to other services. They will carry out assessments, provide advice to Wellbeing teams and work with a caseload including complex presentations.
