NHS Adult Psychological Therapies

IMPACT on Teesside is the Primary Care Therapy Service available to those aged 16 or above who are registered with a GP Surgery in Stockton on Tees, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough or Redcar & Cleveland. This service provides a range of different interventions including talking therapies and outreach services across the area for people experiencing difficulties that are impacting upon their mental health.

IMPACT on Teesside is a Partnership between Alliance Psychological Services and Middlesbrough & Stockton MIND. It’s aim is to provide timely interventions to help improve wellbeing and overall health.

Children, young people and families

Emotional health & wellbeing problems such as anxiety, low mood, worry and stress are on the increase and experienced by many of our children and young people. Our Children, Young People & Family Therapies Services deliver a diverse range of evidence based psychological interventions and support to improve the lives of families living in Teesside.

Workplace Well Being

We offer a range of psychological and wellbeing solution designed to suit all clients’ needs and provide them with access to confidential support including, counselling, information, guidance and referrals on any work, personal or family issue can help keep people to be more resilient. By helping to reduce their stress and anxiety can enable employees to be more focused and productive at work.
With access to qualified clinicians in person, by phone or online and a mindfulness-based stress reduction program, individuals can get support when they need it, in a way that suits their preferences.
