Who we have helped

Take a look at some of the amazing feedback we have had from people who have accessed our services.

"I came to Alliance at my worst. I felt like there was no hope and that the cause of my anxiety would always poison my life. I didn't want to accept that I had mental health issues let alone post traumatic stress disorder. I cant praise Alliance enough. Coming to my CBT sessions has helped me create strategies to manage when triggered and gradually accept that what happened actually happened. I have accepted that my triggers may never stop but I can manage calming myself and I can proceed in my life. Anne listened intently and I was always amazed at her recollection of minute details in our sessions. Those small details are where it counted most where is thought people didn't understand. I know that if my condition did ever deteriorate beyond my capabilities to manage it, I can find help here again at Alliance. For now, I can get on with my life with confidence & strategies that keep me moving forward. I wouldn't have this if it wasn't for them" - Alliance Primary Care User
