Alliance – Vision, Mission and Values

Refining Our Company’s Values

After the Investors in People Survey, it was revealed that while our staff understood the ethos of Alliance, they were unable to precisely articulate our values. For this reason, we have decided to refine them. Our current values are excellent, however we need them to be more succinct.

We have also provided our current mission and values and vision statements from other organisations in our space for you to review which will provide some substance as to what we are trying to achieve.

Thank you so much for your co-operation, we are looking forward to seeing your feedback.
