Alliance – Vision, Mission and Values

Refining Our Company’s Values

After the Investors in People Survey, it was revealed that while our staff understood the ethos of Alliance, they were unable to precisely articulate our values. For this reason, we have decided to refine them. Our current values are excellent, however we need them to be more succinct.

We have also provided our current mission and values and vision statements from other organisations in our space for you to review which will provide some substance as to what we are trying to achieve.

Thank you so much for your co-operation, we are looking forward to seeing your feedback.

Current Mission

Our Mission:

Promoting and supporting the psychological wellbeing of individuals and families through the delivery of professional, ethical and responsive psychological therapy services.

Current Values

We want to improve the lives of people we work with and to offer services which meet their needs.

We want to provide the best possible services to our local communities – services delivered by committed, well-qualified and experienced teams.

We want our services to be easy to access, equitably delivered and quickly available.

We want our staff to be enthusiastic about the work they do, about enhancing and developing their skills and about the quality of services.

We want our staff to feel valued and important to the organisation, and to understand the part they play in helping us achieve our aims.

We aim to work alongside and in collaboration with other organisations which share our values.

We believe we go the extra mile to achieve what we want to do.
