Parent-led CBT Programme Registration

If you are a Parent/Carer, living in Hartlepool or Stockton, you can register for our Parent-led CBT programmes.

Parent Led CBT – Behaviour

The support is available to Parents/Carers with children aged between 4 – 10 with challenging behaviour.

Parent Led CBT – Anxiety

The support is available to Parents/Carers with children aged between 5 – 12 who have anxiety related behaviour.
