This interactive and practical session for managers concentrates on promoting a good understanding of mental health and its importance in the workplace – both personally and in other people. The session encourages recognition of the barriers to mental wellbeing such as tackling stigma, the stress response and the challenge of emotional reactivity when under pressure. Managers will explore healthy, effective solutions to stress and go away equipped with a clear understanding of their responsibility in supporting and leading a sustainable culture of mental wellbeing.
