Testimonials

You will never know how much it helped me when my world was falling down around me, I am so grateful

“The counsellor was calming at a very dark time and helped me find a path towards the light”

“A warm and supportive team, responsive to my needs. Despite having 50 CBT sessions with another service in 2016/2017, this is the first time I have felt truly listened to and validated”

At the start of my counselling I felt alone and couldn’t process my own thoughts. Now I feel 100% better about myself and everything else. Talking has helped so much.
