Managing Mental Ill-Health Within The Workplace
This training is aimed at Managers, Team Leader & Supervisors
It will educate participants on the causes and presentations of mental ill-health within the workplace. We will inform participants on how it actually feels to live with a mental health problem and how this can affect people both inside and outside work. The training will also offer practical advise and resources on how to talk about mental health generally and specifically around absence management and return to work. Participants will also complete a personal wellbeing plan to understand the importance of self-care.
