Stress management workshops are designed to help educate both employees and managers about stress, where it comes from and how to manage it in the workplace.

Stress Less

This is a two-hour exploratory session combining education on internal stress and external pressure to look at proactive and reactive ways to manage stress in the workplace.

The content covers:

  • Normalisation of stress
  • Understanding the difference between stress and pressure
  • Recognition of the symptoms and triggers of stress
  • Proactive and Reactive coping strategies
  • Mindfulness practice

 

Managing Stress Within Teams

This is a half-day training session for line managers and team leaders.

The content covers:

  •  The key drivers of workplace stress
  • HSE management standards
  • Reducing pressure
  • Risk assessments
  • Creating a supportive environment
  • Future proofing: ongoing stress management
