Mindfulness Training at Work

Time is a valuable resource and introducing a mindfulness programme takes both time and commitment, So why do it?

Clinical research is beginning to indicate that by regularly practising mindfulness, individuals can increase concentration and focus while reducing stress and anxiety. To help introduce mindfulness into your organisation, we have created the following programmes:

Mindfulness Taster Session

This two-hour course will begin teaching mindfulness techniques to participants who would like to gain understanding of their internal processes and body reactions. It will allow them to experiment with different tools to increase attention and focus and minimise negative stress.

Course content:

  • Exploration: what is happening with me right now?
  • Body dials
  • Mindful breathing
  • Mindful drinking

 

Being Mindful At Work

This is a six-session programme of short mindfulness practice sessions specifically created for the workplace. It is supported by pre-recorded exercises to be done twice daily to reinforce the skills learned in session.

Course structure:

  • Step 1 – Pausing and Grounding
  • Step 2 – Stress Signature
  • Step 3 – Time travel
  • Step 4 – Neuroplasticity and me
  • Step 5 – Approaching Difficulty
  • Step 6 – Compassion and Kindness
